A-Power Energy Generation Systems (NASDAQ: APWR) opened at $12.68. So far today, the stock has hit a low of $12.40 and a high of $13.24. APWR is now trading at $12.99, up $0.97 (8.07%). Over the last 52 weeks the stock has ranged from a low of $3.35 to a high of $21.04. APWR announced this morning that it will build a new production and assembly plant in Nevada that will produce wind turbines for projects in North and South America.
