Harry Winston Diamond Debuts Trading On NYSE Under Ticker "HWD"

(RTTNews) - Monday, Harry Winston Diamond Corp. (HWD, HW), a diamond mining and retailing company, previously known as Aber Diamond Corporation, announced that its securities have commenced trading on the New York Stock Exchange or NYSE under the ticker symbol 'HWD'. The company will also continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange or TSX under the new ticker symbol 'HW.' However, the company's common stock ceased trading on the Nasdaq at the close of market on November 16, 2007.
The Toronto, Canada-based company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Robert Gannicott, said, 'We are excited that Harry Winston Diamond Corporation is now listed on the NYSE. This new listing and our new name represent the beginning of the next successful chapter for our company.'

HWD is currently trading at $38.72, down $0.10 or 0.26%, on a volume of 12,800 shares on the NYSE.
HW is presently trading at C$38.07, up C$0.12 or 0.32%, on a volume of 780,972 shares on the TSX.
