(RTTNews) - A.D.A.M., Inc. (ADAM) on Tuesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $1.82 million or $0.17 per share, compared to $384 thousand or $0.04 per share in the year-ago quarter. Non-GAAP net income for the quarter rose to $1.3 million or $0.12 per share from $1.07 million or $0.10 per share in the prior-year quarter. On average, two analysts polled by First Call/ Thomson Financial expected the company to report earnings of $0.06 per share. Quarterly revenues grew to $7.63 million from $6.84 million in the comparable period last year. Two analysts had a consensus revenue estimate of $7.02 million.
