(RTTNews) - Monday, Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corp.
(IART) said that it received notice of non-compliance from the Listing Qualifications Staff of The NASDAQ Stock Market due to the delayed filing of form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2007 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notice, which the company received on March 18, 2008, also indicated that the company's common stock would be subject to delisting from The NASDAQ Stock Market unless the company timely requests a hearing before a NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel.
Integra said it intends to timely request a hearing before the NASDAQ Panel, which will result in a stay of the delisting of its common stock pending the NASDAQ Panel's review and determination. There can be no assurance, however, that the Panel will grant the company's request for continued listing.
The company added that it plans to file the Annual Report on Form 10-K as soon as practicable after the completion of its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007.
