E*Trade Financial CFO Robert Simmons To Resign - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - E*Trade Financial Corp (ETFC) announced that its Chief Financial Officer Robert Simmons will resign from his position effective on or before May 9, 2008, and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Arlen Gelbard resigned from his position effective April 22, 2008. Matthew Audette, the Company's controller and an executive vice president since July 2005, will be appointed acting Chief Financial Officer immediately upon Simmons' resignation from the position. Russell Elmer will act as General Counsel on an extended interim basis. Elmer served as E*TRADE's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for six years prior to his departure in June 2007.
