The stock hit its 52 week high of 42.94 in May and set its 52 week low of 24.10 today. TMX has been steady for the past year. Telefonos de Mexico shares have been relatively flat today after a Deutsche Bank analyst upgraded the stock to "Buy" from "Hold," and raised his price target to $39 from $28, based on valuation and its decision to spin off its international operations. Technical indicators for the stock are bullish and steady while S&P gives TMX a neutral 3 STARS (out of 5) hold rating. We will just watch this one for now. There are no trades that we like for TMX.
