Stocks Tread Water With Baker Hughes (BHI) and Dominion Resources (D) on the Move

Coming down the home stretch... Heading into the final hour the Dow is down 0.57%, the Nasdaq is up 0.25%, and the S&P 500 is down 0.28%. Stocks traded in a tight patter this morning, but appear to have broken out a bit this afternoon. The financial press is abuzz at this hour with reports that Facebook could file for an IPO by Wednesday.
ITT Educational Services (ESI) is up 6%. Crown Castle International (CCI) is up 5%. Baker Hughes (BHI) and Research in Motion (RIMM) are up 3%. Dominion Resources (D) and Toyota (TM) are down 2%. Dish Network (DISH) and Legg Mason (LM) are down 4%. Nokia (NOK) is down 6%.
